The Victory Team | Connects with the New Street Outreach Program at Chatham-Savannah Authority for the Homeless

Seabolt Real Estate’s Victory Team is currently celebrating its 5th consecutive year aiding in the effort to support the homeless population of Savannah.

Chatham Savannah Authority For The Homeless (CSAH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to strategic approaches to addressing the challenges of homelessness. The CSAH mission is to lead the effort to build and sustain community practices to eliminate homelessness. Founded in 1989 by the Georgia Legislature, CSAH acts as a coordinating and leadership body for homeless services in Chatham County. CSAH works in partnership with nonprofit service providers, government officials, business leaders, and the faith community to reduce and eliminate homelessness.

Annually in Chatham County, CSAH and its Continuum of Care (CoC) partners assist over 4,000 individuals, youth, and families. CSAH works with community leaders to educate the public about why homelessness occurs and advocates for needed change with elected officials, government and business leaders, and the nonprofit sector.

“We decided to donate items earlier this year to ensure that homeless people received the needed items before the cooler weather,” said Sales Associate Craig Simpson of The Victory Team. “This year, we’re happy to provide our largest donation yet with 14 three-person tents, 15 cold weather sleeping bags and 5 blankets. As always, we thank all of our clients for the opportunity to serve you in our real estate business, which helps us assist others in need.”
