In Georgia, sales associates interested in earning an Associate Broker license are required to complete at least 60 hours of coursework, pass a rigorous exam and provide proof of at least three years of real estate sales experience.
Hopper joined Seabolt Real Estate as a Sales Associate in 2022 and joined forces with Sales Associate Kacey Howard to form the Howard & Hopper team. Together, Hopper and Howard represented the buyers and sellers in one of the highest residential real estate transactions in Richmond Hill, Ga. to date.
A longtime resident of Richmond Hill, Ga., Hopper closed more than $10 million in sales volume in 2023, earning her the prestigious title of a Seabolt Real Estate Top Producer. In January 2024, she was named to the Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle, an invitation-only program that recognizes elite, top-performing luxury real estate agents within the Christie’s affiliate network.
