MIKE DELANY, Sales Associate – A Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS®), Mike Delany is a licensed REALTOR® in Georgia and South Carolina who brings three years of experience at franchise and boutique real estate firms in Charleston, S.C. Prior to his real estate career, Delany served in managerial roles in various luxury fitness clubs across the Eastern Seaboard and as a staff assistant to former U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein. At Seabolt Real Estate, Delany works with buyers and sellers across the region and offers guidance to clients as a certified Short Sales and Foreclosures Property Resource (SFR®). Originally from Milton, Mass., Delany graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a B.A. in Government and Sociology. He currently resides both in Savannah, Ga. and on Daniel Island, S.C.
CALLA KIMSEY, Sales Associate – Calla Kimsey offers experience in interior design, construction and real estate to clients across the greater Savannah area. She previously served as the project manager for more than 30 successful home renovations, leading a crew in the design and construction of stunning properties in Savannah, Ga. Kimsey credits her passion for creating beautiful spaces to her family’s long lineage of carpenters and artists. A dedicated and hard-working Sales Associate, Kimsey has earned rave reviews from clients for her local market knowledge and strong communication skills. She oversees all real estate assets and facility management for Vaden Automotive in Savannah, demonstrating a deep passion for the real estate industry. Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, Strojny worked as an executive administrative assistant and human resources specialist at Vaden Automotive and an eMedia graphics and learning strategist architect at Great Dane in Savannah, Ga. Originally from Tybee Island, Ga., Strojny earned a B.S. in Multimedia Journalism and Mass Communication from Georgia Southern University. She currently resides in Savannah’s Wilshire Estates neighborhood.
