JESSICA OROZCO, Sales Associate – Originally from Scottsdale, Ariz., Jessica Orozco brings six years of experience working at franchise and boutique real estate firms and specializes in residential sales and investment property, with a focus on single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes. Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, she assisted in building long-term rental portfolios for numerous clients in the Phoenix market. She moved to Savannah, Ga. after falling in love with the city in 2021. At Seabolt Real Estate, Orozco works with in-state and out-of-state clients on residential real estate transactions and advises real estate investors through attentive and specialized service. Throughout her career, Orozco has closed on more than $20 million in real estate transactions. She currently resides in Savannah’s Windsor Forest neighborhood.
BRYAN PINEDA, Sales Associate – Bryan Pineda recently joined the b. moody group, which is led by award-winning Seabolt Real Estate Sales Associate Bradford Moody. Pineda is a highly motivated and creative Sales Associate who is skilled in client communication, graphic design and architecture. Originally from Queretaro, Mexico, Pineda studied architecture at the Savannah College of Art and Design and attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. A serial entrepreneur who is fluent in Spanish and English, Pineda enjoys helping clients find exceptional living spaces throughout the greater Savannah area. He currently resides in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District.
JASMINE A. RICHARDSON, Sales Associate – Jasmine A. Richardson joined The Nelsen Group, which is led by Seabolt Real Estate’s highly experienced Associate Broker Peter Nelsen. A Savannah, Ga. native, Richardson brings deep knowledge of Savannah’s residential communities and neighborhoods. Born and raised in Arizona, Rowley has been recognized as the Top Producing Agent at a previous brokerage and was named one of the Top 50 Producing Agents Nationwide for a noteworthy real estate franchise. A talented Sales Associate, Rowley specializes in helping investors build lucrative rental portfolios and assisting clients through the process of remodeling and selling investment property.
