Bianca Ursa Croft brings over 20 years of leadership and operational experience to her career in real estate. As the Vice President of Island Operations at Hampton Island Preserve, she has a proven track record managing complex projects, overseeing high-end properties, and fostering strong relationships with clients, local officials, and vendors. Her extensive background in property management, hospitality, and event coordination gives her a unique perspective on real estate, allowing her to understand the intricacies of residential as well as commercial developments. 
 
Her ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage teams, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders is a testament to her organizational skills and attention to detail—qualities she brings to every real estate transaction.
 
Bianca’s roots are deeply tied to the Georgia coast, where she and her husband, Michael, have made their home in Midway, Georgia. Raised in a military family, Bianca has a strong work ethic and a powerful commitment to excellence. With a passion for real estate, she leverages her extensive experience in hospitality, operations, and property management to help clients find the perfect property or investment opportunity.
 
Outside of work, Bianca is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys boating, fishing, archery, gardening, and camping. She is also a skilled photographer, with her nature photography featured in local magazines and art exhibits. She currently serves on various boards in Liberty County, including the Dorchester Village Civic Center and the Hinesville Arts Council.
