Beth Vantosh serves as the Commercial President at Seabolt Real Estate and is an accomplished Associate Broker with more than 20 years of industry experience. Specializing in building sales, retail and office leasing, Beth identifies commercial real estate opportunities for clients and offers insight into the region’s commercial real estate market while leveraging the firm’s global network affiliations.
Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, Beth served as an Associate Broker for Vantosh Realty Group, a fourth-generation, family-run commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm with offices in Atlanta and Savannah. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate Broker with two top real estate firms in New York City.
Since moving to Savannah, Ga. in 2004, Beth has represented a wide range of commercial clients, including Eastern Wharf, Mariner Grove Apartments, Southbound Brewery, the Victory Drive Shopping Center, SRM Concrete, the City of Savannah, Ben Carter Enterprises, Benchmark Realty, Rabin Real Estate, Jamestown Properties, Foram Group, Inc., The Douglas Hotel, Fuji Oil USA and DAI.
A proud Georgia native, Beth earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Georgia State University and is a steadfast supporter of locally owned small businesses. To date, Beth has leased commercial properties for numerous Savannah area favorites, including Brochu’s Family Tradition, Bull Street Taco, Black Orchid Tattoo, Hop Atomica, Mamie Ruth, Savannah Bee Company, Squirrel’s Pizza, Starland Strange, Stump Plants, Curated Events and Water Witch Tiki Bar.
Active in the Savannah community, Beth is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, the Jewish Educational Alliance and Temple Mickve Israel and an active participant in Chabad Savannah. She previously served as the President of Art Rise Savannah and on the board of
the Savannah Jewish Federation and the Savannah Jewish Film Festival. She currently resides at The Landings with her husband, Ken Richards, and their son, Max.
