Seabolt Real Estate Announces 2023 Agent of the Year, Top Producers and Record Sales Volume
Seabolt Real Estate, the #1 luxury real estate firm and the #1 independent real estate company in Savannah, Ga. by annual sales volume, is pleased to announce the 2023 Agent of the Year as well as the firm’s Top Producers for 2023.
On Jan. 30, Seabolt Real Estate recognized Taavo Roos as the firm’s 2023 Agent of the Year for his impressive sales record and strong commitment to clients. Roos, who serves as the firm’s President of New Construction and Project Development, was honored for closing on more than $60 million in residential and commercial transactions in 2023. Last year, he represented the buyer in the highest residential sale in Chatham County history for the $8.4 million sale of a spectacular 4.5-acre waterfront estate that was originally built by Food Network star Paula Deen and her husband, Michael Groover.
Seabolt Real Estate also recognized Associate Broker Staci Donegan for more than $55 million in sales volume. In 2023, Donegan represented the sellers in the two top residential sales in Ardsley Park history and the seller in the highest residential sale at The Landings for 2023. A five-time member of the invitational Christie’s Masters Circle, Donegan also secured a record price per square foot for a home in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District in 2023.
The firm honored Bradford Moody, founder of the b. moody group, for more than $20 million in sales volume in 2023. This marks the third consecutive year that Moody has surpassed $20 million in overall sales volume.
