Listing agent Melissa Hall Rowan of Corcoran Austin Hill Realty represented the seller in this landmark transaction. Seabolt Real Estate Owner and Broker-in-Charge Elaine Seabolt previously sold the 4.5-acre estate for a record $6.818 million in 2020.
