Elaine Seabolt recently spoke at South Magazine‘s Faces of the South Gala of the Decade about the positive impact the new JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District and Plant Riverside District mixed-use development will have on downtown Savannah. She described what Richard Kessler brought to our city via the expansive Plant Riverside District as “magic.” Elaine went on to call Kessler the “master magician” behind it all and thanked him for “the magic he brought to our city, our citizens and to our future.” You can listen to her full speech here.
