Shannan Hunt serves as the Vice President of Seabolt Real Estate and is an accomplished Associate Broker specializing in residential real estate. She originally joined the firm in 2006 and has been consistently honored as a Top Producer for the past 12 years.

A proud graduate of St. Vincent’s Academy in Savannah, Ga., Shannan earned a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, she served as a top sales agent at Neiman Marcus in Atlanta and joined Seabolt Real Estate in 2006.

A licensed REALTOR Ⓡ in Georgia and South Carolina, Shannan sells homes throughout coastal Georgia. She is known for her strong market knowledge, expert negotiating skills and powerful dedication to exceptional customer service.

Active in the Savannah community, Shannan was named the 2016 Woman of the Year Runner-Up for her fundraising efforts for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She previously served on the nonprofit’s leadership team, raising awareness and funding research for leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood cancers. She is also passionate about animals and enjoys supporting the work of local rescue organizations, including One Love Animal Rescue.

Shannan currently resides in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District.
