Originally from Scottsdale, Ariz., Jessica Orozco brings six years of experience working at franchise and boutique real estate firms and specializes in residential sales and investment property, with a focus on single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes. Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, she assisted in building long-term rental portfolios for numerous clients in the Phoenix market. She moved to Savannah, Ga. after falling in love with the city in 2021. At Seabolt Real Estate, Orozco works with in-state and out-of-state clients on residential real estate transactions and advises real estate investors through attentive and specialized service. Throughout her career, Orozco has closed on more than $20 million in real estate transactions. She currently resides in Savannah’s Windsor Forest neighborhood.
