ELLIE TITUS
ASSOCIATE BROKER

After 20+ years in Boston, the weather and the real estate market prompted my decision to return home to Savannah to live out the balance of my real estate sales career.

Upon my return to Savannah, the first professional move was to upgrade my Real Estate License to Associate Broker and the second was to obtain a USCG Captains license. Selling real estate from the water affords me a blend of both of my interests and strength. And as you may have guessed – I am always working diligently while on the water!

When I am not out with clients on land or by sea, I can often be found talking on my cell phone about real estate as I help tend our massive nearly organic garden. All of this activity happens before I sit on my back deck in the early evening and unwind.

In 2004, I joined forces with Roy Hill and formed a new real estate company, The Coastal Real Estate Group, LLC. We enjoyed several good years of great markets, wonderful agents and terrific clients.

In 2008, the market dictated a well planned merger with Seabolt Brokers. The result of the merger is that I am able to go back to my intended skill set and SELL REAL ESTATE. Thanks to my many loyal clients whose inquires help me keep my knowledge base current in the overall local market.
