Ann is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accountancy. After working with a large international CPA firm and then a global manufacturing company as tax manager, she took a break from the professional world to raise 3 successful children spending many hours on the soccer field as a coach, manager and team mom as well as PTA treasurer at every grade level and home room mom. Once that phase of life was done, Ann became a realtor helping both first time home buyers and sellers as well as seasoned investors acquire the perfect Coastal Georgia property. She has extensive experience in both short-term vacation rentals and long-term rental properties and an innate ability to find the true wants and needs of her clients.  Ann is a resident of Ardsley Park and enjoys spending time with her two fluffy dogs, gardening and DIY Home Improvement Projects.
